What should I do if my 9mo old min pin has gotten pregnant on accident? Will she be able to have pups?

If the breeding took place 24-48 hours ago, you may be able to give her the mismate shot. If it's been longer than that, you may want to talk to your vet about having her spayed. 9 months is really young to have puppies. It's super hard on mom because she's still growing herself. Because she's not fully grown, it may cause some serious complications during whelping. I'd talk to your vet, and let him help you make your decision.
