rottweiler pups

hello there  i have  7 yr old rottie and i cought her with a dog nearly 5 weeks ago - i did not see them tie but have no idea how long they were mating? she hasnt really put on much weight but is acting very clingy and grumpy recently?and she feels like she has lumpy teats? i cannot afford to take her for a scan really so i was wondering if there were any other real sign i should be looking for? - i know how to look after the puppies and mother after having had black labs in the past -but its just this stage im confused with  - is she isnt she?? thanks carol

If you can't take her for x-rays you have to do it the old fashion way, wait and see. Large breed dogs can carry pups under their ribs and up near their chest making it difficult to feel anything. A false pregnancy shows the same signs.

I would be concerned with the health of the pups and dam, 7 years is old for a female to successfully whelp a litter.
