question on breeding pits in mass

Hello I recently purchased two blue nose pits one with papers one with out, I was wondering what the requirements law wise to be able to breed these two dogs together licenses, etc.

I live in Massachusetts

Hi Brian. I'm really not sure. I am posting two links at the bottom of this note. The first one is from New York, but this guy may be able to help you figure out what you need. The second is about dog laws in your state. If in doubt, call an attorney. That's the safest thing to do. Many of them will tell you for free about dog laws.
