My dog gave birth to a puppy at 1:30 am this morning.  Only 1 puppy, her and the puppy are doing fine.  It is now 11:45 am can she still have additional pups this pregnancy.

That's an awful long time between pups, typically it's 2 - 3 hours.  

If she's not panting or in distress she should be fine. Singleton's are common so that's not a worry, but you want to ensure that her afterbirth and placenta was expelled.
