Why do dogs sometimes kept barking / making unnecessary noise?

Hi, dogs make noises for various different reasons.  Most of the time it is because they see or hear somthing, but sometimes it can be because they are bored, lonely and even anxious about something.  It is their way of communicating something to the rest of the world.   Hope this helps.
