what do i do if my dog growls at me for no reason?i was just laying down and i didn't even touch my dog i was going to but then he growled. then i just layed there and then he growled at me again and i wasn't even going to touch him.

Throw a fit, literally.
When one growls at me, I turn the tables and chew them out good.
In a VERY angry voice tell it, "NO! I don't tollerate that! SHAME on you, BAD DOG!"
I really nag at them.
They are tyrying to see what they can get away with.
It is their nature to try to be the alpha figure ( the boss).
YOU have to show thm you are not afraid of them, and will not tollerate such nonsense, and that you will bawl them out, and maybe even put them in time out.
He will show you he will sleep on HIS opart of the bed, and YOU need to show him it is YOUR bed, and if he doesn't behave he will be put off of it.
