little bumps coming up on body

I have a small 6 year old male chihuahua he has these very  tiny little cyst type things coming up on different places on his little body ? Don't seem to bother him .they seem to eventually come to a head and I can then just pick them off, but new ones keep appearing in different places? He also seems to have allergys sneezes and at night sounds like nose is plugged up somtimes has to sneeze to clear nose.sounds as if snoring sometimes . would appreciate any advice Vet did not seem to concerened about the little cysts and gave me medicine earlier in summer when his allergys got bad, he had a lot of trouble at night breathing this is now somewhat better, but still has the problem ,thank you

Hi, sounds like he is allergic to something like possibly pollens or maybe grass.  With his size, it would be hard to tell if it was grass because he isn't tall so the grass wouldn't just hit a certain part of his body.  The only way you could tell what he was allergic too is to take him to a dermatoligist specalist so they could run tests on him (just like humans) to find out what he was allergic too.  It sounds like he may just need to be on allergy meds year round, probably depending on where you live.  Wish I could be of more help, but at this point he really needs to see a specialist or a vet who will go more indepth into the situation.
