Cutting Nails

Question
I have tried almost everything to get my dog to let me cut his nails, but everytime he either gets really aggressive or it just doesn't work out. He
won't let me put a mussle on him. If he doesn't want something he will bite. I adopted him from a animal shelter when he was one year old he is now two. He is a mixed breed of coonhound dobermin and beagle. I don't know if something happened before we got him to scare him like that but I really need to cut his nails and I just can't figure out how to do it. Can you please help me!

                   Thanks,

Answer
I know how you feel,I have to muzzle one of my dogs to get his nails cut,but if he won't let you do that, you can get them cut at the vet as they are experianced in cutting nails ect Also while you are at the vet,you should talk to him/her about getting your dog into obedience school, although vets are not trainers themselves, they might be able to refer you to a good trainer
