my dogs behaviour on walks

My dog is almost 2 years old,male yellow lab. I have tried every possible
walking device. gentle leader, pinch , choker, and harness. He pulls me barks
quite a bit at every person and dog he sees. Yet when he is not on a leash he
never barks at anyone and is very friendly with other dogs. He has a female
choc. lab friend that comes over about once a week to play. He is very good
with her, and is an excellent dog in my house, Never hyper. I walk him
faithfully everyday for 45min- 1hr.

I have a few questions for you before I can give advice. When you walk him, Danielle, are you letting him do whatever he wants, or do you make him walk next to you on a loose lead? What kind of leash do you use? What do you do when he barks and starts pulling you towards other people and dogs? Do you still have the pinch collar? What size is it? How do you put it on him? Has he ever been through an obedience course?

Is he neutered yet?
