3 yorkies

I have 3 full grown yorkies and eversince I got them all I have been feeding them is hard food.  The vet told that's the best way to go if I want them to live for a long time.  Sometimes I give them treats, but besides that i don't give them anything else.  Do you think I can give them other food to at least vary their lifestyle just a little bit? I know i would get bored if all i ate my whole life was cereal and sometimes i would get an apple just as a snack.  Thank you for reading this. You really do not need to vary a dog's diet. Mine eat Eagle their entire lives, and most of them live to eat. The only real treats mine ever get is ice cubes, which they do love, and when I am training a dog, I use pieces of Eagle kibble to reward the dog.

Because we eat this, that, and the next thing, we think our dogs must, too, but they do not. Once one starts doing that with a dog, it often becomes a fussy eater, and that can be very difficult to overcome.
