hyper/ aggressive

Hi im from joburg and stay in my bosses property.there are 13 dogs on this property.My dog is attacking the smaller dogs and is pisssing my boss of.when my boss trys to pet him he attaks her.but if anyone else pets him , his fine. wat can i do.because its so bad im thinking of moving out.

Training...thats all I can say. Keep him on a leash with you at all times and you be the boss.  At the first thought of any agression, you must nip it in the bud before he has a chance to act on it.  Get some books, or better yet get the book or video from Cesar Milan (the Dog Whisperer)..he is awesome.  You need to train this dog and change this behavior before he hurts someone or another dog.
