Question
i have an akc lab and a cross between a greyhound and an irish wolf hound. i would love to cross this with a dog with power, say a rottweiler.

Answer
bill,
if you cross a greyhound/Irish wolfhound, with another dog. you will no longer have a crossbreed.  A crossbreed is two purebred dogs crossed.   If you cross this crossbreed with a rottie, would you be able to handle the results?  would the people you sell the dogs or give the dogs to be able to handle the animal or would you be subject to lawsuits if one bites someone.  The way people sue today, you must give thoughts to these things.  I am not adverse to crossbreeding or even breeding mixes, but today we have to be very careful at our results.  Research different dogs, you can have a powerful dog, but an infallible disposition.  Good luck
