QUESTION: I got a english bulldog a few days ago and everytime I feed him and then he drinks a lot of water he gets sick. He can go out side and that's all he'll do is find water and drink til he gets sick and then drink some more. He drinks and eats really fast. Wondering if you might could give me some advice.

Have your dog vet checked immediately. Bullies are prone to problems with esphogas ,and bronchial issues that can cause these symptoms,
Meanwhile give him small amounts of food and water very frequently, but get him to the vet asap

QUESTION: I'm taking him to the vet this Thrusday, but what would you suggest I feed him? Right now I'm feeding him puppy chow and can food mixed.

You don't mention the brand but I'm guessing Purina. Nothing you can buy at wally world or the grocery store is suitable to be fed to any dog. You're better off feeding them the bag :). Go to a petstore and get a premium dog food with no by products no wheat no soy no bha no bht. The price is a bit higher on paper but since you will no longer be feeding fillers (like corn) that your dog poops out and you clean up, he will eat less and in the end it will cost less.
For now I think I would try something bland like long grain rice cooked in unsalted chicken broth with some boneless skinless chicken cooked and cut into small bites. After your vet visit, put your baby on a food like Flint River, Eagle Pack. Royal Canin. Wellness. Natural Balance... Give him water right now every thirty minutes or so and see if you can get him to settle on his drinking a bit too.
