Pomapoo or Bichon Frise

Hi,  I am very torn on whether to get a Pomapoo or a Bichon Frise.  I want a dog that is going to stay small and that is a lover!  On that note should I get a Male or a female?  I look forward to hearing from you!  Thank you

I have groomed a lot of Bichons and poms and poodles and a few pomapoos  and hands down I wouod say the Bichons are the most affectionate.  And between a male and female, I find the males are calmer and real affectionate,  the females are just as loving, but can be a bit nervous.  However,  when you pick one out dont go for the livliest,  go for the one that seems interested in what is going on, but is not afraid either.
