Question
Hi, my name is Race, I had a question regarding the behavior of my 3 dogs with eachother.  My question is simply this...how can i get my dogs to like eachother? How can I train them to get along? And to be happy around eachother? The three dogs im speaking of would be...

1. Jack Russel Terrior (male, 6 years old and very active in his young years, and is now quite calm.)
2. Silky Terrior (male, 1.5 years old, and extremely hyper)
3. Australian Silky Terrior (male, about 4 years of age and is very calm.)

please, im in desperate need of an honest answer.

Thank you very much.

Answer
H Race;
I have an Australian Shepherd mix, and an Australian Cowdog mix. I think all those Aussie breeds are the sweetest dogs. They just go along to get along, and are so loving.
My little Lhasa bosses them, and they let the little dictator boss them.
I chew his butt out and put him in time out for a half hour or so.
He hates time out, so he bahaves better for awhile.
I don't allow him to boss them.
That Jck Russell is getting on a little in years, and especially if he isbothered by Arthritis etc, he can get very testy and prefer being left alone some of the time.
Sounds like that little Silky Terrier is the biggest problem. LOL
To7y Terriers are really a bit on the hyper side, and the Silky is a true toy terrier.
Massage will help.
I have used the Tellington-Touch of animal massage for years, as a training tool, calming them down, repeieving pain of arthritis etc, and aggressiveness, excessive barking etc.
It really works. Go to this website and read up on this method os massage, and what can be accomplished with it.
If you like you can order a video to teach you how to d the different massages.

A good obedience course, especially for the Silky.
Petsmart and Petco have weekend classes as does Man's Best Friend.
I would take the Silky to class, and then go over what you learned in class, with the others at home.
Becuse that little Silky is younger, and still has a few of his puppy traits, and needs more calming down.
The Aussie, I think, will calm down a lot when they silky does, so should the Jack Russell.
Like I said, I use time out, and I trained my friend's little Hellion to NOT attack my Sheltie when he comes here.
He considers this his second home, he is a little spoiled rotten Yorkie, and when he came, and we had taken a Sheltie to foster, and decided to keep it, he was not going to have Ladie here.
He would attack, and his mon corected him with a weak, "now mighty Mite, don't be a bad little boy. Be niiiiice".
Well, when he drew blood, and my Sheltie was just trying to avoid him, I jerked him up, looked him in the eyes and read him the riot act, then tossed him in time-out, in the smallest bathroom for an hour.
I left him for an hour, because he was still mad, and was not calmed enough.
After the third time in time out, he decided he was going to mind Aunt Charlotte, because mommy couldn't help him, and he didn't like those chewings and time out either.

Go to a Petco or Petsmart  on a wekend and watch the training class. You will see how and what they teach.
It makes a very well behaved companion out of a formerly spoiled brat.LOL
It is just so much more pleasant to live with well behaved children.
