My dog and constipation

Question
My dog cant poop and when he does there small little plops and only one so I have been taking him on walks but it doesn't seem to work.Hes all cramped up and it looks like hes sucking in. I don't know what to do.He also has gas when he tries to poop.He doesn't seem like hes in pain and hes been very picky eating.He has been drinking alot and has to pee alot.He wakes me up three times a night.He hasn't eaten any recall pet food.

It sounds like your dog has more than one thing going on.

Your dog's bowel problems might be caused by his diet, or he may have intestinal parasites, or perhaps it's something else.

Your dog's increased drinking and urination may be a sign of kidney disease. It's a serious concern, and could be potentially life threatening if left untreated.

It might not be that your dog is being picky about his food, perhaps he's not feeling very well and doesn't feel like eating. Many conditions can cause this, including intestinal parasites and kidney disease.

Your dog needs to be examined by your veterinarian.

I think a visit to the vet will have your dog feeling better, and also be an answer to many of the problems you've written me about.
