dog attacking other dogs

Hi i have a terrier shes 7yrs old and she has nerver like any other dogs!And my parents jus got a new puppy (jack russel),and we would like to know wot would be the best way to train her to like other dogs!!!??

You can't train a dog to like other dogs. Your problem is with the pack situation in your family and household. You have to establish yourself as pack leader. Type alpha boot camp into your browser and you'll find out how to do that. Also make sure your dog is getting plenty of exercise.She should be walked twice per day even if she has a fenced yard to run  in and played with several times per week until her tongue hangs out. Don't feed the dogs together right now and don't show favoritism, just don't allow aggression on her part in anyway.
Get her involved in an obedience class, that'll make a world of difference.
