apologies

I do apologize for giving such poor ratings to Cindi Bass (your real identity).  I hope sending this will give me the chance to rate you again under that profile and I will try and make up for it.  I apologize for the oversight on my part.  If there is someone higher up that I can write about the misunderstanding and get the poor ratings taken off, I will.  So, if you have this information, please send it and I will follow up.  Again, I am truly sorry!  You were very helpful to me, and I do understand about the "online identity issues".
