my dog ate around 2 or 3 exlax tablets, ill this hurt him?

Yes, it could, depending on the size of your dog. Overdosing with Ex-Lax can cause:

Abdominal pain
Collapse
Low blood sugar
Dizziness
Rash
Diarrhea
Drop in blood pressure
