Boxer whelping

My sadie who is a boxer is 62 days pregnant, and her rectal temp is 98.6. She has been sleeping almost all day and nesting quite a bit in her whelping box. She breathes hard, and then stops for awhile. Could she be in labor? this is her first litter and the Xray shows 6 puppies.

Yes she is definitely in labor,  don't let her go anymore than 15 hours without having her vet checked.  You could also take her for a ride in your car, it is almost 90% she will start giving birth...That is the rumor anyway.. I have had it happen about 4 times myself.
