Help my new dog is very sick

I adopted this puppy a week ago. They think its a mix lab and about 4 months old. She was healthy when I got her but she developed this hacking cough. has been happening for about 3 days. Just today she is not eating or drinking at all and everytime she moves she coughs,sometimes she coughs up this thick mucus. Can you please help me PLEASE.

Hi Emma,  It sounds like she has kennel cough which is very common in dogs that are adopted from shelters and/or kennels, rescues etc. where there are a lot of dogs.  You need to get her to a vet to get antibiotics.  Kennel cough is very contagious, so keep her away from other dogs.  hope this helps.
