Yorkshire puppies outdoors

Hello,
i am looking for an outdoor puppy and am wondering whether a Yorkshire puppy will tolerate living outdoors in Dubai (where it's hot!). If not, what breed do you recommend for outdoor living?

Unless there is plenty of shade, water, and breeze, dogs don't do well in the heat.  No, Yorkshire pup would not be a good outdoor dog, it is a manmade dog and was made to live in cold weather in UK.  Most man made breeds are not going to do well outside.  However, this is a person who is more qualified than I am on this subject.
