I have a 2month and a half old puppy and i have wormed it about one month ago, and the other day it has worms again, and I gave it a tea spoon again, but she want eat, it is a rat terrier,what should I do,,,she may eat  a little..

A dog with worms needs to be wormed more than just one time. However, you need to take a stool specimen in to your vet to determine exactly which worm(s) the puppy has. Not all wormers work on all worms, and you may have used something that was ineffective on what the puppy has.
