Dog has started to foul and urinate in house

Hi, I hve an 8yr old Golden Retriver and she has recently stared to foul and urinate in the house. I have had her for 7yrs and she has never done this until recently (2 weeks approx). I let her out regularly and she gets plenty of attention from myself and guests. I don't think there has been any drastic change in routine for her, so cannot understand the sudden change in her behaviour. Do you have any suggestions? It sounds to me like she has either a urinary track infection or has a bacteria infection in the bowels...
Or if she has had fleas recently she could have tape worm,  check around her rectum for rice like seeds.
All of the above will make her foul in the house.
She will need to see a vet for all of the above problems as special pills are needed.
