2 week old mini fox terrier

I am just wondering if its okay to give my three two week old puppies a wash as we are hand raising them as their mom died 3 days after giving birth and they are getting a bit smelly and dirty from their urine and poo.they really need a good clean.

Yes, but be sure and dry them good and keep them warm.  Why are you letting them foul themselves?  You need to give them room to get away from the rest to eliminate and change the bedding frequently.  Failure to do so creates housebreaking problems when they go to their new home.  Get a book and read up on proper care of puppies.
