Bloody pee

my Bishon is 3 years old. When we leave her alone , enclosed in the kitchen with baby gates, while we run errands, and return, several hours later, it looks like a bloody masicure has happened. There's big pools of blood, everywhere, but its thin, and watery, but all red.  
She does not appear to be sick or feverish.

Take her to a Vet.  She may have a severe kidney infection. This will not get better on its own, only worse.  She is probably very uncomfortable. She need antibiotics.  Please do not wait or this will turn into a much worse problem and much more costly too.
