Sick Chihuahua

Hi Becky, I have a teacup Chihuahua named Chiquita she's 2 yrs. old and weighs about 3.5 pounds. My 1st question is can I give her baby pedialight? She doesn't drink a lot of water. My 2nd question is what can I do? This morning she woke up and started making this kind of noise like if she can't breathe or like she has something stuck in her throat then she'll throws up some yellow liquid.  I love my Chiquita and I don't know what I would do if she gets sick on me.

I don't see why you couldn't give her Pedialight, but she really just needs to drink water.  She is very small, so does not require very much.  
What you are describing is common in Chihuahuas.  Mine do the same thing sometimes. If it is ever so often, don't worry about it, but if it happens daily, then you probably need to have her checked as it could be some kind of obstruction, and/or stomach virus.
