hurt leg

My daughter stepped on my 3 month pomeranians leg and now she won't walk on it, she lets us mov it in certain directions but won't put weight on it and cries horribly when we move the thigh area, is there any way to determine if its a sprain or what should I do?

Hi Charlotte. You should bring the puppy to the vet ASAP for radiographs. It's a good possibility it may be broken. Puppies get fractures VERY easily. We see them all the time that have been accidentally stepped on. If this is the case, your vet will be able to splint it & give some pain medications. Good luck!
