cleaning front legs after urination

Question
Our 1 yo Jack Russell mix is fully house trained and learns quickly. He urinates on his front legs almost every time hes out, even when lifting a leg.  Its very frustrating to be washing his legs after each time he's out.  Its not his technique as he does squat down or lifts a leg just as he should.

Answer
Well what you can do,is to cut the bottoms of children's socks and place them on his front feet, and after his walk, they can just be thrown out,or if you wish they can be hand washed

It seems silly but I have done this with a few dogs and it does keep the legs clean
