My dog has swollen areas

My 1 year old boxer has swollen eyelids and her genitalia is also swollen. She was spayed 2 weeks ago with no problems. The vet did tell me she had a mild staph infection on her belly and chin. We started her on antibiotics, but never finished them, the redness from the stapf went away in a couple days. We gave her an anti histamine and started her antibiotic again last evening, although it hasn't seemed to help. SHe is not too bothered by her eyes being swollen, though she is licking her genitalia every so often.
My other year old boxer had welts on her body last week and the vet said they were allergies and gave her an anti histamine, they disappeared right away. I'm not sure if it is the same thing or not.

There areseveral different kinds of allergies dogs cna get bumps and pimples as mentioend in your older dog is one type other types include hot spots/extensive itching and reacuring yeast in the ears. I reccomend a vet trip explaining you stopped the meds even thou apperently they were to be given for a few days longer(always use the meds until they are gone if you are instruted to do so)...are giving her allergy pills but to no avali she isnt getting better puffy eyes could signal a beed/wasp sting but the  allergy pills would clear this up if it was the case.
