My chihuahua has swelling in the mouth and behind her ears

My chihuahua has swelling in the mouth and behind her ears this is concerning to us because our baby is only a pond and a half a true tea cup and we have noticed that her pupy teeth have not fallen out but her adult teeth are in? Is this the cause or do i need to find a doc for my baby now? She dose not  have east west eyes or a larg amount of white in the eye? She is hypoglycemic and 7 months old PLEASE HELP ME this puppy is my child and i love her verry much?

Hi Christine!
She could have been bitten by a spider or stung by something. This will make her swell. It could possibly be something with her gums, but I doubt it. Your Vet can remove the baby teeth if they don't fall out.  If it were me, I would have her looked at.  Chihs are so small that you don't want to risk losing her.  At least call a Vet and see what they think.  With the holiday coming up, I would take her in today because you may not be able to find anyone open tomorrow or maybe not even friday.
