My dog was great until baby now shes poopy!!

Hi my name is Ron.  I just dont know what to do.  I have 2 doberman pinschers. Nina 1year 8 months and Sydney 8 months.  Nina is great she is the best dog in the world.  Sydney once was just as great.  Until we had our baby Presley.  She was house broken would even go to the door when she needed to go outside and let me or my fiance know she was ready.  Now she goes every where.  She has even looked at me dead in my face and done both 1 and 2.  I have corrected her by telling her no and then take her outside.  When she comes in i will put her in her kennel.  She will go there again in a matter of minutes.  I just dont understand.  I take my dogs to the park a lot.  When im home i am always playing with them and showing them affection.  Is she always going to be this naughty.
