Skin bumps

Question
I have a 4 month old Chihuahua that is getting bumps under her skin. They are the size of a boil however, they don't go away they remain under her skin. Do you have any idea what they could be?

It sounds like a good idea to run her into the vet to have some tests run. An aspiration may be a good idea, or at least a skin scraping. It could be hives, but without a little more details I really cant tell! I hope she feels better though!!
