Answer
Hi Ken,
I am hoping you were a responsible breeder and wrote down the dates that she bred your male.  If so, count to 59 days and you will want to start taking her temperature.  The normal is almost 102 degrees.  She should start dropping until she reaches 98 degrees.  She should have the pups in 24 hours or a she should be taken to the vet for a checkup.
She will start to "nest" which means go into closets or hiding places to make a nest.
As she goes into labor you will see contractions.  Get a paper and pen and thread and scissors.   Every pup that is born should have a placenta.  you mark it off as they are born umbilical:  one pup one placenta.   If you don't have a placenta tell the vet.  the thread and scissors are for tying the umbilical cord if the mom gets too busy to take care of it.  Or if one of them gets bitten off too close and bleeds too much.    If a pup takes a long time coming out you may have to get fluid out of them by hold them upside down and swinging them a little so centrifugal force let the mucus run out.
Keep them dry and warm and the runt on a nipple. sometimes you have to hold them on for a day or two.
As far as the black mask,  I don't believe it is dominant, but the odds are better with mom and dad having it.
