Question
My 1 year old Jack Russell just had her first litter of puppies and know she very different. My partner and I can take her out to go to the bathroom most of the time she'll go.But alot of the time she's going peeing and pooping in the house she hasn't done that for a while. We have kids and she's trying to nipp at them but she lets them pet the puppies.I think their is something else going on with her I know we can get postpartom can she have almost the same thing.

Answer
Yes, Amy, dogs can get postpartum issues, too. What I would do is treat her just like you would a puppy that is not housebroken. Keep her leashed to you whenever she's loose in the house, so that you can immediately get her outside if she starts to go potty. In all honesty, she is too young to have already been bred and had a litter of puppies, and that could be part of the problem as well - things are not quite the same *inside* her, and she is having to figure out how to control herself again now that things have changed.
