My six month old male spitz mix seems to have enlarged testicles. I am not sure how big they should be and want to know if I should be concerned. He seems quite playful and content, but at times seems to loes his spunk and just lay around. I feel kind of dumb for asking but wondered if this should be checked by a vet.

Hi Kelly,
Please do not feel dumb asking questions.  You have every right to be concerned. Swollen and/or enlarged testicles could be the sign of tumors or other problems.  I think you should take him to a Vet especially since you say he is just laying around. It may not be tumors, but is best to find out early so that he can be treated.
