Dog peeing and pooping in the house

I own a 6 and half yr old german sheepard. The last fwe days she has started peeing and pooping in the house, she seems fine to me, could there be something wrong with her. I would hate to yell at her when she cannot control it, we have never had this problem before..

Hi Tanya,

If your dog has been reliably housetrained until now, there's a very good chance that she's having a medical problem that needs your attention.

Yelling at the dog won't help. If she can't control herself, then she's already feeling bad about having these accidents.

Having your dog examined promptly by your vet is what's called for.
