dogs pooing on pavement and driveways

Question
how do i stop my dogs from pooing on the pavement and driveways. I've tried granules called stop poo, and pepper, and jeyes fluid

The only way I know is to put them in a fenced yard, and keep them completely away from that type of surface.
They are probably from a kennel that was built on concrete, as most are...so, breaking them from this habit, is not going to work!
You will just need to deter them from that area.
