rescued akc gsd

i rescued a akc german shepherd she has a ear infection wich is being taken care buy the vet but what can i do to get her to gain weight she is so tiny and missing a lot of fur on her back end. it is breaking my heart but i knew that would happen when i resued her!!! do you have any suggestions

You can make a good homemade food with,two cups of rice,two cups of ground meat,two cups of frozen vegetables,and that should make enough food for a few days give her two cups in the morning and again in the evening

also you can add kelp and scrambled eggs separately

this is a good and balenced food,and will put on weight as well
