Tie-Outs

Question
Hello

I currently own a Golden mix and during the day we keep him on a tie out that is about 30 feet long. He is having no problems with it and during the night we bring him in.

My question is that I am considering adopting another dog but I am unsure how to keep him/her during the day. Can you have two dogs in one area on two different tie-outs? Or would that get tangled? I want my dog now to be in the same area with my new dog if I get one. Is the only way for this to happen is to get a fence?

Answer
You will need to fence your yard the dogs chains will get tangled and chaining a dog and trying to introduce another can spell disater...dogs have been known to become territorial over the area they can reach with there chain and may attack animals or people if chained all day everyday.
