How can I cure a UTI in my dog at home.

Hi Julie,  If you are talking about a urinary tract infection, unfortunately you need to get the dog on antibiotics which you can't do at home.  If you let it go, sometimes it will cure on its own, but it can also spread to the kidneys, so it is a big chance not taking the dog in and getting them on antibiotics.  It would be nice if you could just give the dog cranberry juice and it would cure it, but I honestly wouldn't take that chance.  Wish I could be of more help.
