Dog Urine Smell is really bad

Hi, i have a 4 year old Bull Mastive. When he urinates outside it is leaving this horriable smell in the places that he pee's. Can you possible tell me what this is? also wherever he pees he is killing the grass.

It could be a bladder infection so taking him to the vet to get that checked out is a good idea

Now as for the grass there are products that you put in the water,and it dilutes the urine so that it doesn't kill the grass. Those can be bought at either a petstore or a garden shop
