Answer
Is the Cocker spayed? If not, you might consider doing it sooner than later. Intact bitches can be, well, >>bitches<<, and when they get into it, often fight worse than two intact males.

Is either female in season right now? If so, I hope you're keeping the young man separated from them, because you don't want him breeding with a Cocker Spaniel or to his mother! You say you breed Goldens, yet you only have two of them, being mother and son. That sounds a bit fishy to me. Additionally, the Golden female is 7 years old, which means you really ought to start thinking about going ahead and having her spayed as well.

I would not tolerate >>any<< amount of aggression from >>anyone<<. I would recommend taking the two females for walks together, (preferably with a friend who can handle one of the dogs' leashes and you handle the other). While on these walks, you should make the dogs walk on a loose leash beside you and immediately correct any aggressiveness, whether it's stiffening up, hackling, growling, lunging, etc. Do not stop walking.

In the home, keep the Cocker on a leash, and hold onto it, so that you can again, immediately correct any degree of aggression. Correct the Golden as well, if >>she<< shows any aggression. Do not leave them alone together, and do not let them loose together until neither is showing any signs of aggression whatsoever.

If you do not know how to correct the dogs, or feel you cannot handle them, PLEASE consult with a local trainer who can come to your house and help you one-on-one. I would hate for you to be bitten or either dog injured.
