My Dog Has Some Kind of Scab or Sore, but Im not sure what it is?

My dog has some kind of scab on his back. He kinda wants to scratch and I'm worried. It looks greenish and oozy and he bleeds. I started taking it out because I thought it was a tick at first, then I realized it was just a greenish scab. I just cleaned it with peroxide, it's late and no vets are open. Could this be something serious that can kill my dog? I'm soo worried! I've had him sick before, with parvo, and he survived. He's 6 yrs old, and he's an American Eskimo. It also looks like his hair is falling from that one place... Please help me... What can this be? How can I cure him?

Hi Emma, Sounds like it may be a cyst.  Yes, Please call the Vet first thing in the morning.
I am glad that you cleaned the are with Peroxide.  If you have any Neosporin ointment, place some of that on the area tonight.
Many times this type of scab will heal quickly with some antibiotics from your Vet.
Please call in the morning.
