What dog to buy?

Sir/Madam,
I am Srinivas, 14, India. I am planning to buy a good, friendly and playful dog. The dogs that i prefer are
Lhasapso
Pomeranian
Labrador Retriever

Please give me DETAILED information on them

Well, if I was to pick one from your 3 choosen breeds, it would be the Pom.  Lhasa's tend to be OK with their owners, but not with other people. They are many times crabby dogs. I groom alot of them and MANY are bitters. There are some Labs that are great, however I find 8 out of 10 are impossible until they are 3 years old. They are VERY hyper and hard to train. Most are bred for hunting, so that is all they want to do is smell and run.
Poms are usually very nice temperment wise. They can be a bit yappy and they do shed alot, but make nice pets.  
Good Luck to you and what a good job you are doing in researching breeds before you buy one. Dogs are a long term committment and ALOT of work. Just make sure you do alot of training from day one and you will have a great pet.
