3 month puppy vomited out no where

Question
My 3 month puppy was making a funny sound, and made whine. When I
looked he vomitted some yellow stuff that looked like spit. I t wasn't very
thick. I have a fever could that have effected it or because it ate something?
Should I be worried?

I am sorry I didn't get to your question sooner.  3 month olds frequently forage indigestibles.  Often they are OK after throwing up.  If she is still vomiting, I would call the vet.  What ever you do, don't get caught over the weekend with a puppy that takes a sudden turn for the worse.  

Usually we don't share fevers with our dogs, but sometimes they have their own.
