bug bites on my Viszla

Question
Last night I noticed my Viszla covered with what looks like incest bites all over her!!! ( Looks like what humans get when bitten by mosquitos.) She doesnt seem to be acting too much different, she is itching a lot more. During the day she is in her outside kennel which consist of a dog house w hay/straw and an open area. Do you know what migth be bitting her, how serious this is, would it be coming from bug infested hay/straw and what can I do to get rid of the bumps. I am really concerned.

Hello, A bath in cool water with oatmeal Dog shampoo will be soothing you can also go out to yuor drugstore and Get a package of Benadryl Allergy pills for people they are pink and oblong shaped come in a pink and white box and be sure to get the 25 ML ones you can give her one every morning (every 24 hours) until the bumps are gone or if she is very itchy and misrble one every 12 hours...these are a life saver for dogs with allergies as i use them for my dogs...through reccommendation by my vet.
