upset stomach

Hi I have a 4 month old rottweiler that has an upset stomach. I can hear it constantly turning. I was wondering if there is anything I can give her to calm it?

if this was an adult dog, i would have some remedies, but 4 month old can have reactions to different things....Other than putting the pup on a dog food that is for sensitive stomach, I would tell you to take the pup to the vet to have him checked out.
