undecsended testicle

i have a 13 week german shephard puppy and only 1 testicle id decended the vet said they can feel other 1 in the groin "a few centimeteres away"  is this common and will it come down the dogs father was late the breeder said

This dog should be re taken to the Vet in a month. If the testicle is not down, he is a "Crypt Orchid".
Not a good thing, he will have to be operated on to save his life to remove it from getting testicular cancer!
Either way, he is not a Breeding Quality dog!
All pups should have them down by 8 weeks...otherwise, you are looking for this pattern to repeat!
