Beagle dog allergies; dog vitamins for allergies;

I have a four year old beagle/shiba inu mix who eyes have begun to water constantly.  It began last month when I changed his diet to an all natural bison/venison mix.  We also got a new puppy around the same time and they play a lot.  His eyes are not swollen or red and there is no discharge except the usual little eye boogers in the corners. Could his eyes be irritated by something in his food or by the puppy?
